Do you offer warranty on your services?

At NextPhase Auto, our services are focused on diagnostics, system reporting, and component testing. We do not carry out physical repairs or part replacements—our role is to provide accurate, data-driven insights so you can make informed decisions.

Because of this, we do not offer a traditional warranty on parts or repairs.

However:

  • ✅ All diagnostic reports are based on the condition of the vehicle or component at the time of testing.

  • ✅ For bench-tested components, we provide a test report confirming functionality under simulated conditions

    • using professional-grade equipment.

    • ⚠️ We cannot guarantee how a used component will perform once installed, as factors like installation quality, vehicle compatibility, and system integration are outside our control.

    That said, we stand by the accuracy and integrity of our testing process. If you're a wrecker, reseller, or workshop looking for component certification, we’re happy to discuss how our reports can support your quality assurance process.
